Call for subs

Whilst the club had a better season financially last season, due mainly to the vastly improved running of the bar, once again thanks to Jim Dowler., I have already mentioned that the club has had a couple of large financial commitments in the close season and therefore could all HWRCC members pay their subscriptions ASAP (£100 full member & £50 students). We have several new members keen on joining HWRCC plus some old boys returning to the Wick after a few years absence. Consequently I would remind you that if subs are not received by the end of May you probably will not be selected.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
Annual subscriptions are due by April 26th. Please ensure payments are forwarded to the treasurer by this date A playing member who has not paid by the date of the first league match will be liable to pay the higher subscription as indicated below.He may also lose his right to be considered for selection as long as the subscription remains unpaid. Newly elected members are required to pay their annual subscription immediately upon receipt of notification of their lecetion to membership.

Match fees (inclusive of teas and umpire fees)

Inclement Weather
If members are in any doubt because of bad weather as to whether their game will be played or not, it is THEIR duty to telephone their TEAM CAPTAIN.
Note: No member will be notified individually.

Selection procedure

The selection Committee will meet weekly throughout the season AT LEAST ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE - ALL PLAYING MEMEBERS MUST INDICATE THEIR AVAILABILITY for the forthcoming matches by
notifying the Captain of their XI.

Selected teams will be advised by e mail if, AFTER the teams have been selected a player finds that his availability position has changed HE MUST INFORM THE TEAM SECRETARY OR HIS CAPTAIN IMMEDIATELY.

PLEASE KEEP "CRY OFFS" TO AN ABSOLUTE MINIMUM, otherwise you will be letting down your team, your club And your opponents.

Members are requested to be on the ground changed and ready for play at least 45 minutes prior to the arranged start time of the match in which they have been selected to play.

Members are also asked to keep the Committee notified of any changes of address, telephone numbers or e mail addresses.
