About HWRCC

Hampton Wick Royal Cricket Club was founded in 1863 and its ground is situated at the Kingston end of Bushy Park the club is very privileged to play in such beautiful surrounding and with its modern pavilion is the envy of many other cricket clubs. The new pavilion was built in 1989 following a fire the previous year, its 125th anniversary, which destroyed the old, rustic pavilion that had been in existence on the site for nearly 100 years.

The new pavilion has two changing rooms, a kitchen and eating area on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a large bar and two balconies, one on each side of the scoreboard, that give superb views of the cricket ground and Bushy Park. A recent addition has been a large TV screen showing Sky Sports. Available for hire to members the facilities, with its own car parking area, are ideal for special occasions such as birthday parties and weddings.
